Notice for Colour Colloquium 2017-2018

With a view to improve the research environment in the college by organizing regular seminars on various topics, the Research Committee is going to organize a series of seminar lectures to be held to mark the  celebration of Holi, the Festival of Colours this year. The series, titled THE COLOUR COLLOQUIUM, will include lectures on different aspects of colour like the optical phenomena causing colour of objects, the chemistry of inorganic and organic pigments, the origin and significance of coloration in the biotic and abiotic worlds, the psychological effects of colour etc. In this context Research Committee is happy to announce the first series of dissemination lecture to be delivered by:
